At Layers, we stand by the precision and quality of our electronic products; if you are not fully satisfied, you can return your device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Layers account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Factory reset your electronics to remove all personal data and securely pack the device in its original box with all cables, manuals, and components.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring no old tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
